In this time of gratitude, we give thanks for all of our players, the fans who attend the games, the state referees who call the action, our staff who help organize, and the parks who host our games. We value all of you and appreciate your confidence in the CFSL. Wishing everyone a very happy Thanksgiving!
The amazing quality of our Premier Division has been recognized! The ONLY league in the Orlando area and only 1 of 16 Adult Amateur Premier Leagues to be honored with the “ELITE” status by @usadultsoccer which shows the high level and quality of our competition. We would like to thank @usadultsoccer for reviewing and approving our distinction. Perfect announcement right before our post season begins. If your team is interested in participating in the top league in the Orlando area, please contact us! We are a promotion/relegation league and you must win promotion to the Premier division by competing in our first division. Our Spring season will be starting in late January!

We at the Central Florida Soccer League take pride in supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month but in addition to just sending links, we want to do more. Saying that we would like to promote this fundraiser to help a person in need.
Her name is Catherine Garcia, a 46-year-old mother of 2, and “Nonna” or grandmother of 4. She is a driven businesswoman, a long time supporter of our league, and yet is someone who never turns down the opportunity to help both family and friends when they need her– even when that means traveling across the country to do so.
In early June, Catherine was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer (Invasive Ductal Carcinoma).
She is a fighter and is attempting to fight the inoperable form of cancer in any way she can so the family is asking for any assistance to help cover the costs.
To read more of her story and to donate, click the Gofundme link below. Thank you to everyone for just taking the time to read and hopefully some of you feel generous and are able to donate to help Catherine reach her goal. If you feel compelled, please also share so that more people can read her story.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. Here are just a few of the events in Orlando where you can help women in need:
All of us at the CFSL hope everyone is safe and sound after the storm. This was a massive storm and many are still without power. We hope that if there was any damage to your properties it was minimal. Saying that, like many of you, some members of the Board of Directors and the office are without power and not able to perform the tasks needed to operate.
We are finally able to start getting in touch with each other and reorganizing to get the games going again. The office staff is working remotely with only access to emails so please pardon delays in responses. We have received word the following parks are closed until further notice due to the damage they received:
Sylvan Lake Park
West Orange Park
Central Winds Park
Red Bug Lake Park
Saying that, we will not be able to hold games this weekend due to field closures and we also feel it is not in the best interest even if we could as everyone is still trying to get their lives in order and take care of personal matters.
The schedule will be updated with new dates and once complete we will start programming onto the site and get the details to all of you.
Once again, we hope that all of you and your families are safe and had as little damage as possible. We understand how difficult everything is and want to show our support as we all try to get everything back in order.
