Captains,

The new procedures for requesting a game to be rescheduled is as follows:

  • Captain requesting the reschedule must send an email to office@centralfloridasoccer.com along with reasoning for request. Any other forms of request (i.e. regular email communication) will not be accepted. Submission must be received by 4:00 pm on the Wednesday prior to the game. Any request received after 4:00 pm will not be granted.
  • Once office receives request, they will send an email to opposing team asking if they decline or accept.
    • If Opposing Captain Declines, game will proceed as scheduled
    • If Opposing Captain Accepts:
      • Game will be cancelled
      • Office will communicate to both teams that game was cancelled and will start searching for new dates and times
      • Rescheduled game will occur sometime during the season midweek at a venue TBD at leagues discretion. Teams may not choose to reschedule again.
      • If weather caused the rescheduled game to not occur and if league not able to reschedule again, game will be recorded as a 0-0 tie.
