Founded in 1941 and based in Kansas City, Kan., the National Soccer Coaches Association of America has grown into the world’s largest soccer coaches’ organization that serves members at every level of the game.

The NSCAA works every day to inspire coaches and ignite their passion for the game so they pass it on to players and others in the soccer community. We fulfill that goal through three core values: “Learn. Participate. Belong.”

Learn.

The NSCAA prides itself on providing an unparalleled nationwide program of clinics, courses and other educational opportunities that motivates coaches to take their careers and the game of soccer to the next level. From the novice coach to the well-seasoned, the NSCAA strives to provide comprehensive instructional sessions to enhance the game through great coaching.

Participate.

In addition to our educational offerings, the NSCAA also encourages members to interact with each other and the soccer community in other ways. The NSCAA Convention, known as “The World’s Largest Annual Gathering of Soccer Coaches and Administrators,” allows attendees to not only add something new to their coaching repertoire, but also come together and celebrate the game that we all love.

Belong.

NSCAA members are some of the most influential leaders in soccer, providing an extensive network of talent and knowledge that members can tap. Members can take advantage of a range of benefits, such as networking opportunities, online education resources, professional liability insurance, the Soccer Journal and more. The NSCAA also administers national high school and college rankings programs as an added benefit to members, as well as an extensive recognition program that presents nearly 10,000 individual awards every year.

Our Mission

The mission of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America is to develop and to deliver educational programming and events that inspire members to improve and to enhance their involvement in soccer. The NSCAA will activate a network of coaches, and others, involved in the sport who will take responsibility for advancing soccer in the greater community.

Our Vision

The National Soccer Coaches Association of America will be a recognized and respected soccer coaching education organization that provides a wide range of programming, events, and membership support for all in the sport.
